leadership roles from RA&FM General Manager, IT Consulting, IT PMO and
Governance Head, portfolio, program & project management, service management,
security & risk management, leadership coaching, innovation design thinking
facilitation, employment engagement and agile & digital transformation.
Mamdouh has engage business partners across Global Technology and
Operations, Enterprise Fraud Management and Controls.
Mamdouh has led large teams in IT arrangements, Revenue and Fraud
management, conducted PMO, Service `Management and governance activities for
major project teams, managed enterprise applications implementations, and
implemented governance processes across multiple industries. Mamdouh has a wide
array of industry experience with Telecommunication, services, high technology.
Mamdouh Lead work teams through problem identification and solution
design utilizing Design Thinking, Business Process design, and ITIL methodologies to
accurately depict the Operations current state baseline and organizational functions,
the opportunities and gaps, and the potential solutions with committed to solving
hard problems and delivering excellent strategic results, In addition, he had
implemented ITIL best practice in several local service provider organizations and he
possesses a wide range of expertise in IT Standards and Process Improvement
frameworks in the areas of Services Lifecycle Management.

organizational design, operational processes, and governance models. He had been
particularly keen on delivering coaching to staffs covering portfolio, program, project,
risk, service, Process management, and agile & digital transformation.
